Fox Promo opens in Madison

TROY FOX (second from left) and his wife Kristin recently purchased Power Promotions from Scott and Deanna Backus (right). Local financing from Heartland Consumers Power District was utilized in the purchase. Heartland Director of Economic Development and Governmental Affairs Casey Crabtree (left) facilitated the loan.
