John and Polly Habeger will celebrate their 55th wedding anniversary on Friday.
Habeger is a retired farmer, and his wife was a cook at St. Thomas School. They have four children, nine grandchildren and nine great-grandchildren.
An open house will be held on Saturday at 5:30 p.m. at Pizza Ranch in Madison, hosted by their children.
A card shower is also requested, and greetings may be sent to 415 N.E. 1st St., Madison, S.D.
