Rowley, Minnaert say vows

Kendra Renee Rowley and Justin David Minnaert were married on July 25 at St. Thomas Aquinas Church in Madison by The Rev. DeWayne Kayser.

The bride was escorted down the aisle by her twin brother, Justin Rowley.

The maid of honor was Sydnie Bertrand, cousin of the bride. Bridesmaids were Maddy and Molly Hill, sisters of the bride; Alissa Minnaert, sister of the bridegroom; Heather Melvin; and Jill Scheier.

Caleb Wiest was the best man, and groomsmen were Austin Rowley, brother of the bride; Ryan Hein and Tyler Minnaert, cousins of the bridegroom; Jared Simonsen; and Dustin Lentsch.

Ushers were Andrew Nugent, Brett Martin (cousin of the bridegroom), Collin Schulz and Ryan Myrvik.

The vocalist was Julie Lambert, and pianist was Brenda Hanley. Molly Heyn (cousin of the bridegroom) and Marissa Hanley played trumpet.

Special guests attending were Dan and Sharon Siemonsma and Ron Minnaert, grandparents of the bridegroom; and Matt Siemonsma, great-grandmother of the bridegroom.

A reception was held at the Dakota Prairie Playhouse with Steve and Jodi Heyn, uncle and aunt of the bridegroom, as host and hostess.

The bride is the daughter of Karen Phillips of Sioux Falls. She is a registered nurse at Sanford Medical Center in Sioux Falls.

The bridegroom is the son of Kevin and Lauri Minnaert of Madison. He is a crop and livestock farmer near Madison, where they have made their home.
