Carly McCuen and Adam Ellsworth were married on Dec. 13 at Church at the Gate, Sioux Falls. The Rev. Jared Dupert performed the ceremony.
The bride was given in marriage by her father, LaMonte McCuen.
Chelsey Burtis was matron of honor for her sister, and bridesmaids were Ali Marasigan and Julie Heitkamp.
Andrew Ellsworth was the best man for his brother, and groomsmen were Nich Trumbull and Jamie Wiechmann.
The flower girls were Alaira Burtis-Wollan, niece of the bride, and Lydia Ellsworth, niece of the bridegroom. Ringbearers were Israel and Sailor Burtis, nephews of the bride, and Eli Ellsworth, nephew of the bridegroom.
Ushers were Adam Burtis, brother-in-law of the bride, and MJ McCuen, brother of the bride.
Music for the ceremony was provided by Aubrey Dale Bohl, acoustic guitar and soloist.
A reception was held at The District in Sioux Falls with Dave and Kim Heim and MJ McCuen and Meredith Bargenquast as hosts and hostesses. Music was provided by The Goodroad Band.
Special guests at the wedding were Dr. Joyce Nelson, grandmother of the bridegroom; and Don McCuen, grandfather of the bride.
The bride is a graduate of the University of South Dakota and is employed as an interior designer at Montgomery's in Sioux Falls. The bridegroom is a graduate of Dakota State University and is owner of Molten Logic. Following a European honeymoon in March to Ireland, the UK and France, the couple is at home in Sioux Falls.
Parents of the couple are LaMonte and Nancy McCuen of Castlewood, formerly of Nunda; and Bob and Cindy Ellsworth of Madison.
