Julie Lynn Stoebner of Menno and Jay Paul Mendel of Madison announce their engagement and forthcoming marriage.
They will be married on Oct. 7 at 3 p.m. at Holy Cross Lutheran Church in Sioux Falls.
Parents of the couple are Doug and Roberta Stoebner of Menno and Russ and Kay Mendel of Madison.
