Free school lunch

The only question asked as students and parents dropped by to pick up lunches at the Madison Public Library distribution site on Monday morning was whether they wanted white or chocolate milk. Overall, the Madison Central School District distributed 275 meals at five sites. The lunches are free to all children whether they are school-age or not, according to Michael Ricke, activities director. Mackenzie Payless (left) and Jack Wise were among those who picked up lunches from Ricke and school board member Rob Honomichl outside the library.
