Question: My dog and cat don't go outside. Do they need rabies vaccinations?

Answer: Yes! Bats get inside homes and they carry rabies. Also the police will want to know if animals are vaccinated for rabies in case of bites. For outside animals, skunks are being seen frequently this time of year. Make sure your pets are up-to-date on their rabies vaccinations. Rabies is a 100% fatal disease which is why it is so important to prevent.

Happy Spring!
