Dakota State University sophomore Traia Hubbard and freshman Joshua Snook were selected as the North Star Athletic Association women's field athlete-of-the-week and track athlete-of-the-week respectively. The announcement was made earlier this week.

Hubbard claimed sixth-place in the discus throw at the Sioux City Relays held on Saturday. Her distance was 129-feet-11, which is the second-best NAIA discus throw this season.

Snook has the fastest 200-meter dash time in NSAA with a 21.38. He is also on the fastest NSAA 400-meter relay team, 42.50.

He is the son of Laura White of Yate, Bristol, England and a business management major.
