Puppet fun at the library

TODDLER ELLA CLEM, sitting on the lap of her mother, Kari Clem, was delighted by the morality plays puppeteers presented on Monday afternoon at the Madison Public Library. In the final one, raccoon and bear learned they needed each other to pick a mango. Members of the Teen Advisory Board acted as the puppeteers and introduced the preschool and elementary school children to the puppets following the performance. Two performances were scheduled: one at 2 p.m. and a second at 7 p.m. Cake was served in honor of Martin Luther King Jr. Day.
