Temporary office

RYAN HUBER, BankWest regional president, announced on Thursday that the South Dakota community bank system has transported a temporary office building (pictured above) to south Madison to prepare for the opening of a new BankWest branch. Huber said BankWest needs to obtain necessary permits from the city to set up the office building near the intersection of S. 10th St. and Makenda Ave., but bank officials wanted to have the structure on-site to open the new branch in the future. Huber added that the same office building was used to establish BankWest branches in Mitchell and Winner.
