The Oldham-Ramona Board of Education will meet at 7 p.m. on Monday in the school's multi-purpose room.

Following routine business and a budget hearing, the board will wrap up unfinished business for Fiscal Year 2019 before the 2018-19 board adjourns.

Brian Hanson will take the oath of office after a meeting of the new board is called to order. The board will then elect officers and take care of the business required to organize for a new year, including designating banks as depositories for district funds and designating an official newspaper.

The board will also receive a report on the Prairie Lakes Educational Cooperative and reports from Principal Andrew Johnson, business manager Cassi Johnson and Superintendent Michael Fischer.

After approving the consent calendar, the board will consider the following items of new business: set business manager/employee bonds; approve student handbooks with changes; approve a contract with the Madison Regional Health System; approve July bills; authorize the disposal of surplus items by the appropriate means; and review district policies regarding parent involvement, equal opportunity/nondiscrimination, and complaint policy for federal programs.

The next school board meeting is scheduled for Aug. 12.
